Mr. Liberman has over 25 years of experience in site development projects. He has been a lead design engineer and project manager for over 17 years. His experience has been in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. He has achieved expertise in storm drainage, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, facilities design, parking lots, entrances, road systems, water and sewer.
