Mr. Collins has been a Project Manager for over 15 years. He has design experience including commercial and residential land development projects involving site layout, stormwater management design (HydroCAD), sanitary sewer and domestic/fire service design, roads and entrance design and site grading. His responsibilities include complete project management from concept plan to approved final design documents and continuing on through the construction phase, including site inspections and documentation. He has extensive dealings with County and State government agencies to gain plan approvals.
